User Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the platform and related services provided by WorkSaar (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately. 2. Services The platform provides cloud-based communication and messaging solutions including but not limited to: WhatsApp messaging automation Customer engagement tools Team inbox management Chatbot integrations CRM integrations Campaign broadcasting API-based messaging services The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. 3. User Responsibilities Users agree that they will: Provide accurate registration information Maintain confidentiality of login credentials Use the platform only for lawful purposes Comply with all applicable laws and regulations Avoid sending spam, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading messages Obtain proper customer consent before messaging Users shall not: Attempt unauthorized access to the platform Reverse engineer or copy the software Use the platform for illegal marketing activities Send malicious content, malware, or phishing messages 4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Compliance Users understand that WhatsApp messaging services may depend on third-party providers and APIs. The user agrees to comply with policies of: WhatsApp Business Platform Meta Platforms The Company is not responsible for: WhatsApp number bans Meta policy violations Message delivery failures caused by third-party systems 5. Subscription & Payments Services may be offered on monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plans. Payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delayed payments may result in suspension of services. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. 6. Data Usage The platform may store: Contact information Chat records Campaign data Usage logs Users are responsible for obtaining customer consent for communication and data collection. 7. Intellectual Property All software, branding, features, UI/UX, code, and platform materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the services. 8. Service Availability While we aim for high uptime, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, or third-party outages may affect availability. 9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: Violate laws or platform policies Engage in spam or abusive activity Cause security risks Fail to complete payments 10.
